Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance or 50% of the service will be charged to the credit card on file. There is a no show policy which is a 50% charge of the service. If a client is more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled & considered as a no show. Deposits are non refundable.
